Key Responsibilities

- Validate and refine predictive models using historical public relations and financial data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify critical insights and enhance model functionality.
- Collaborate with analytics, account management, and client-facing teams to gather project requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, actionable terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead training initiatives to promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Continuously seek and implement process improvements, explore new data sources, and adopt advanced modeling techniques.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python (preferably) or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and econometric model development.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, regression techniques, time-series analysis, and causal inference methodologies.
- Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and relevant packages such as PyMC, STAN, or Pyro.
- Strong background in marketing analytics and marketing mix modeling (MMM); knowledge of tools like Lightweight MMM, Meridian, or Robyn is an advantage.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into impactful business recommendations.
- Proven capability to thrive in cross-functional settings and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in econometrics, marketing mix modeling, or quantitative analysis.
