Develop and sustain control systems for cultivation and processing equipment.
Collaborate closely with equipment manufacturers to align hardware with in-house software solutions.
Diagnose and refine equipment automation for optimal performance.
Establish data collection and storage protocols to monitor key performance indicators.
Design analytical tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making in operations.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and uphold data security standards.
Work in partnership with internal teams (cultivation, processing, compliance) to identify operational needs and customize solutions.
Provide training and continuous support for staff on new software and equipment systems.
