Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of testing strategies aimed at optimizing business outcomes.
- Analyze the potential impact of proposed features within Loyalty Programs on overall profitability.
- Ensure the optimization of Return on Investment (ROI) while effectively managing risks and enhancing decision-making processes through improved confidence in testing results.
- Define and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure the success of loyalty initiatives and other critical business metrics.
- Design and implement robust testing strategies, including the formulation of hypotheses and the establishment of testing/control groups for A/B/n tests.
- Conduct segmentation and analytical work to pinpoint key population segments and refine test designs to accurately gauge KPIs.
- Utilize statistical methodologies to perform power analysis and determine optimal sample sizes and test durations for reliable results.
- Optimize testing processes by selecting appropriate test/control groups and ensuring maximal similarity among testing populations through advanced clustering and optimization techniques.
- Evaluate results through thorough statistical analysis to quantify behavioral differences among guests, assess immediate business impacts, and monitor long-term behavior changes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Pyspark and Python, with a strong foundation in power analysis techniques and statistical methods.
- Extensive experience in segmentation and the evaluation of A/B test outcomes.
- Familiarity with frameworks for in-market testing in the data science arena.
- Valuable background in Loyalty Programs is highly desired.
- Knowledge of the Travel and Hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Experience in client-facing roles within large consulting firms or systems integrators is preferred.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in leading requirements gathering, design, and delivery.
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
