We are hiring a high-level Executive Operations Assistant to lead our customer support division within a fast-paced forex brokerage environment.
This role sits at the intersection of client relations, trading operations, and risk oversight. You will act as the final escalation authority, responsible for investigating and resolving complex client issues related to trading activity, accounts, and platform performance.
This is a mission-critical role inside a firm operating at scale — not entry-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer support team within a live trading environment
- Act as the top escalation point for all complex client cases
- Conduct deep investigations into:
- Trade executions
- Slippage, spreads, and pricing discrepancies
- Deposits, withdrawals, and wallet flows
- Account behavior and risk flags
- Work directly with liquidity providers, dealing desk, and tech teams to resolve issues
- Ensure all resolutions are accurate, data-backed, and final
- Monitor and prioritize high-value clients (VIP / high deposit accounts)
- Build and optimize SOPs for brokerage operations and support workflows
- Identify patterns in client issues and provide strategic feedback to improve operations
Required Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Direct experience working with a forex broker, prop firm, or trading platform
- Strong understanding of:
- MT4 / MT5 or similar platforms
- Order execution, spreads, leverage, margin, and liquidation
- Trade lifecycle and broker-side operations
- Experience handling client disputes related to trades and account activity
- Familiarity with CRM systems used in brokerage environments
