Marketing Automation Expert

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows across the full customer journey.
2. Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent) for EDM, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
3. Collaborate with CRM, content, and campaign teams to ensure seamless automation execution.
4. Build and maintain data-driven automated programs (email, SMS, push, trigger-based journeys).
5. Continuously monitor, test, and optimize automation performance (open rate, CTR, conversion).
6. Ensure marketing automation systems integrate properly with CRM, website, and analytics platforms.
7. Generate reports and insights on automation effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
2. Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
3. Experience in building automated flows using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, or similar.
4. Familiar with mainstream AI agent building platforms, such as Make, Coze, Dify, or similar.
5. Proficient in email deliverability, tracking, and data management.
6. Familiar with CRM and MarTech integration (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CDP, API).
7. Strong analytical skills, able to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
8. Fluent in English; experience in B2B or international campaigns preferred.
