Inviting applications for the role of Software Engineer, Product Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our organization as Software Engineer, Product Engineering Services. In this role, you will help Genpact accelerate its growth in delivering software product development & engineering services to its target clients across different business. You will play a key role of Product Engineering leader with deeper involvement in design to implementation, and management.

In this role, we are seeking a highly experienced Software Product Engineering leader with a minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in Product engineering organization to join our growing team of product engineering services.

Responsibilities

· Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development.

· Work as a software engineer in a variety of technologies, methods, platforms and practices

· Work on features end-to-end and participate in every aspect of the process starting from the specifications, through the design, development and deployment to live production system, affecting a huge market.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Managing source code with TFS and GIT.

· Write a high-quality code following clean code principles.

· Good problem-solving skills.

· Develop high quality solutions that respond to the business needs

· Innovative self-starter with a passion to help teams using creativity to solve problems.

· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

· Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization

· Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

· Pays attention to team needs and pivots his/ her approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.

· Work closely with all stakeholders tracking progress of systems, platform work stream related requirements

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Education – B.Tech/B.E/ MCA

· Strong knowledge of Angular for web application development.

· Proficiency in Java, Python for backend service.

· Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MongoDB
