Inviting applications for the role of NextGen, Global Field Marketing, Senior Manager, English

We are seeking a highly talented and forward-thinking individual to join the Genpact Marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager focused on supporting the NextGen segment, $1-10bn revenue businesses, a key growth channel for the business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the six NextGen territories, leveraging the central marketing motions to reposition the Genpact brand in the market and, critically, drive demand for new accounts. The role is oriented towards supporting regional leaders and their sales teams, spanning all the industry verticals that Genpact serves – Consumer, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Services.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in field marketing, possess integrated marketing and communications expertise, and be adept at working collaboratively across various marketing functions. You will also need to engage effectively with colleagues worldwide, including sales, service lines, growth operations, and the wider marketing ecosystem, to achieve shared growth objectives.

This demanding yet rewarding position requires strong marketing and demand creation acumen, excellent communication, initiative, agility, and outstanding organizational skills. It offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sales teams and senior leaders and play a pivotal role in the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  1. Supporting the formulation of the Go-To-Market strategy for the NextGen segment: It will involve working closely with the NextGen Marketing Lead and Territory Sales Leaders to identify key priorities, building and delivering a program of activities that shift perception of Genpact and drive demand.
  2. Partnering with regional leadership, sales teams, and growth operations: Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with the Territory Leaders and their sales teams, aligning marketing as a strategic partner to deliver on Genpact’s growth ambitions. You will serve as a key ‘go-to’ person for certain territories to deliver the GTM program on a day-to-day basis.
  3. Implementing the NextGen marketing plan: Executing GTM campaigns and working closely with cross-functional teams across the marketing ecosystem, including Solutions, Content, Inbound, Events, Web, Social, PR, and the Demand Generation Team (Growth Ops).
  4. Leveraging central Bold Bet marketing motions: Fully exploit central marketing campaigns – Advanced Tech, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance – integrating them into your territories to drive consideration of the Genpact brand and demand for NextGen sales teams.
  5. Supporting specific demand generation actions: Timely coordination of web leads, from qualification to sales handover, and reporting. Ongoing coordination of the Demand Generation team to leverage leads generated via marketing events and digital campaigns.
  6. Consistently reporting performance outcomes: In partnership with the Performance Marketing Team, drive rigor in reporting marketing activity to the business to improve sales and marketing integration and engagement and inform future activity.
  7. Marketing operations management

- Oversee the management of finance provisions (budget management, forecasting, invoice payment, etc.) and sourcing initiation across assigned projects

- Acquire requisite approvals for campaigns, including event activations

- Monitor campaign progress in collaboration with central teams and marketing tools (e.g., SFDC, MCI, WDA)

- Follow through on leads generated from marketing activities, including web leads, events, and digital campaigns

  • Field marketing experience gained within the professional services or the IT industry, with a passion for B2B marketing.
  • Highly collaborative, a team player with the ability to thrive in a diverse global environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
