The Global Campaign Strategist will enable this transformation through the creation and execution of high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns aligned to the company’s strategic objectives. We are seeking candidates with a performance-driven mindset and exceptional stakeholder management skills who will thrive in a fast-paced, tech-forward business environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned to Genpact’s business objectives. Use performance data combined with market and audience research to inform campaign design and optimize impact and ROI
- Define the target audience and create audience journey maps that meet the needs of the modern B2B buyer to grab attention, build salience, and generate demand
- Develop overarching campaign narratives and key themes. Outline how these will be brought to life through a compelling content strategy
- Establish the high-level channel priorities and design principles for the campaign, including how budget should be weighted to maximize ROI
Campaign development:
- Brief and partner with Creative teams to define standout creative concepts aligned to the campaign narrative that will provide cut-through and drive consideration for Genpact
- Partner with channel teams to build out detailed activation plans across Social, Web, Paid Media, PR, AR, Events and Outbound. Act as the connective tissue between channels to ensure all activations pay off the campaign design principles and add value in the context of the holistic audience journey
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to oversee development of high-quality campaign assets in accordance with the agreed content and activation strategies. Examples may include long-form hero content (eg 3rd party research), social assets, paid media ads, web content etc
- Adapt global campaigns for audience, industry, and/or regional nuance, while maintaining consistency with the overarching strategy
Campaign execution:
- Act as the driving force for campaign execution, leading a cross-functional team to successfully deliver the campaign strategy on time and to budget
Campaign performance:
- Define goals and KPIs for each campaign and partner with Performance teams to monitor progress
- Establish a campaign testing framework to ensure we continuously test and learn, optimizing for success
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders including leadership on campaign effectiveness and areas for optimization
Innovation:
- Embrace a culture of experimentation, staying abreast of new marketing trends, trialling new content formats, experiences, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize our approach and enhance campaign effectiveness
Key skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead large-scale program delivery across multi-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with a passion for translating data insights into actionable campaign strategies. The ideal candidate will be confident moving from detailed campaign planning to big picture strategy
- Well-versed in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms, across social, paid, web, search and associated analytics. Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Pardot, Workfront, and Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing objectives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
The approximate compensation will be ~ 160,000 – 178,000 RON (Gross) per year + Annual Bonus + Benefits.
