🛠 What You’ll Do

Craft and own the product roadmap—prioritizing features by impact, effort, and market need
Translate customer insights, market research, and data into clear requirements and user stories
Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to launch high-value features on time
Define success metrics; track adoption, engagement, and retention to continuously improve the product
Champion an iterative, user-centered approach—running experiments, A/B tests, and feedback sessions
Evangelize GeniePT’s vision internally and externally; align stakeholders around shared goals
Mentor and coach junior product managers as we scale our product organization

✔️ Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or subscription-based products
Proven track record delivering complex features from concept to launch
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with quantitative data to inform decisions
Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Deep empathy for users and the ability to turn feedback into actionable priorities
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating across functions
