Why this role matters

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure AI who can help us design and deploy intelligent systems that power smarter decisions in sustainability. You won’t just be training models — you’ll be shaping how the world measures, understands, and acts on non-financial data.

What you’ll do

• Build and optimise AI/ML solutions with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning

• Create pipelines that connect raw data to insights — from ingestion to structured reporting

• Work with our product and engineering teams to turn business challenges into AI-driven features

• Deploy scalable APIs and services in a modern Azure environment

• Continuously refine models and workflows, making them faster, smarter, and more reliable

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience as an AI Engineer / Data Scientist / ML Engineer

• Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem

• Strong Python skills (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar)

• Knowledge of NLP, large language models, and semantic search

• Comfort with APIs, MLOps, and cloud-native architectures

• A curious mind — able to explore, test, and improve iteratively

• Bonus: familiarity finance, or sustainability
