QA-Scrum

Hi! We are GenerAItion, an innovative startup specializing in the development and implementation of AI solutions for digital content and marketing. We are looking for an experienced and responsible QA Engineer with Scrum Master experience to join our agile team. This person will help ensure the high quality of our AI products and organize an efficient workflow.

We build products at the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital marketing, including tools for automatic content generation for social media. Our goal is to provide our users with reliable and user-friendly AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans (functional, integration, regression testing).

- Write clear and detailed test cases and bug reports.

- Perform manual testing of web applications and APIs.

- Participate in the CI/CD process and analyze automated test results.

- Collaborate with developers to identify and fix defects.

- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more teams:

- Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

- Help the team self-organize and achieve sprint goals.

- Remove impediments blocking the team’s progress.

- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

- Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.

- Support continuous improvement of team processes.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.

- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).

- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Experience writing test cases and bug reports.

- Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira).

- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

- 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master (certification is a plus).

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

- Team-oriented mindset with conflict resolution abilities.
