Role Description The Digital Growth & Marketing role is a full-time remote position focused on driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for GenAILabs’ AI and digital product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online channels, and crafting data-informed strategies to support growth goals. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable improvements across campaigns and user journeys. The individual will collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to align messaging, ensure consistent brand positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives. This position also includes managing marketing projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and continuously testing new tactics to enhance digital presence and market reach.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and inform growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate across teams, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to organize initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
• Experience with SaaS, AI, or technology products is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a distributed team.
