Program Manager / Course Director – AI Education Programs

We are expanding our AI education offerings from a single Executive Education Program to a comprehensive catalog of four distinct courses. As a Program Manager / Course Director, you will own and scale these programs, ensuring world-class delivery for professionals at all levels. Initially, you will lead the Executive Education Course while also laying the foundation for additional offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Execution

• Own the Executive Education Course (10 weeks, 2-3 cohorts per year) and progressively take ownership of additional programs, including:
• AI Creator Course (5-7 weeks, 3-6 cohorts per year)
• Industry Deep Dive Courses (1-3 weeks, 3-4 per quarter)
• Junior Level Intro Courses (4-6 weeks, 4+ per quarter)
• Manage the end-to-end execution of hybrid and virtual programs, ensuring smooth operations, engagement, and impact.
• Oversee personalization initiatives, tailoring learning experiences for different participant segments.

Instructor & Stakeholder Management

• Lead instructor communications and coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate live sessions (including promotional ones with Steve Nouri) and ensure expert-led modules run effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between learners, instructors, and internal teams to optimize program experience.

Learner Experience & Engagement

• Drive learner success strategies, ensuring high completion rates, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
• Oversee content delivery & learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT Operator, Deep Research) to enhance learning outcomes.
• Implement feedback loops to continuously refine and improve program content.

Strategic Growth & Expansion

• Develop scalable systems to support multiple program cohorts across different levels and industries.
• Identify opportunities to expand and optimize the curriculum in alignment with industry trends.
• Work closely with marketing and enrollment teams to attract high-quality participants and grow the program.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in program management, education, or a related field.
• Strong background in AI, executive education, or online learning is a plus.
• Experience managing live and virtual courses with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize programs based on insights.
