Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager with at least 5 years of agency experience managing multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, PPC, Social Media, and digital marketing strategy while excelling at building and maintaining client relationships. You should be a proactive problem solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are met.

• Strategy Development & Execution: Create and oversee SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Campaign Management: Monitor and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.

• SEO Management: Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

• Social Media Strategy: Guide organic and paid social media efforts across various platforms.

• Performance Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools; present insights and recommendations to clients.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) to ensure timely and successful project execution.

• Customer Support & Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and proactively provide solutions to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and develop actionable insights.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results.
• Experience in the jewelry industry (preferred but not required).
