Job Summary
Provides application support to the Commercial Sales and Medicare division including the Call Center staff. Provides reporting and data analysis, as appropriate, in order to support Commercial and Medicare Sales in addition to Sales and Marketing Management. Trains sales staff on specific applications, assists with the development and implementation of database enhancements and facilitate the integrity of appropriate databases.

Position Details
Additionally, The Successful Candidate Will
Serve as assistant project manager for Medicare Annual Enrollment Period Data and Document Collection Project
Provides support to vendors and EMO/FMO partners
Ensures all data and documents are completed accurately and submitted by due date
Review products for plan data accuracy, conduct quality assurance, and provide approval of sites
Serve as Product Owner for enrollment platform Connecture
Train internal and external stakeholders, provide access to all users and troubleshoot access issues, meet regularly with Connecture
Maintain master file of daily Health Risk Assessment (HRA) files; Compilation of HRA data for distribution to clinical colleagues
Manage lead generation projects, specifically Medicare T65, by running and maintaining reports, with equal distribution/assignment of leads among sales teams
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Analyze membership data, performing VLOOKUP, and provide a monthly report to Case Management
Provide dedicated operational support for Inside Sales operations, including CMS test calls
Education
Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
Experience
Minimum of 3 years-Information Technology (Required), Minimum of 3 years-Healthcare (Preferred)
