UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience in creating intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful products that deliver seamless user journeys and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research and usability studies to guide and validate design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI frameworks for consistency.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

• Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work and design process.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Strong visual design skills with great attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with InVision, Marvel, or other prototyping tools.

• Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
