Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma App & Web Designer with a strong understanding of frontend development principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications while ensuring seamless collaboration with frontend developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Develop responsive layouts optimized for multiple screen sizes

Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency

Translate design concepts into developer-friendly assets and specifications

Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components

Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and frontend technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Figma Designer

Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts

Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus

Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout)

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience with design systems and scalable UI libraries

Basic understanding of UX research methodologies
