About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you’ll help shape digital products that make a real difference for startups and entrepreneurs. You’ll collaborate with our project managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered designs from discovery and research to final prototypes.

What You’ll Do

• Design user-friendly web and mobile experiences based on research, data, and client goals.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.
• Participate in creative reviews and help elevate design standards within the team.
• Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and new tools.
• Support UX audits and help improve existing client products for better performance and usability.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and design craft.
• Proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for SaaS or internal tooling products.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative mindset and excitement for working with startups.
• Self-starter attitude with strong organization and attention to detail.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in an agency environment.
• Background or interest in entrepreneurship and product strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like ClickUp or Notion.
