Marketing Specialist (American Beauty E-commerce Brand)
Our client is a well-established e-commerce company in the beauty sector, with over 2 million customers.
We’re looking for a Marketer to lead digital marketing initiatives across e-commerce websites (currently two projects). The main focus of this role will be product merchandising, customer experience, and conversion optimization. In addition, you will support content initiatives to ensure product pages are clear, consistent, and engaging.
You’ll collaborate daily with the U.S. marketing team, as well as a product designer and web analyst based in Kraków.
Responsibilities
- Lead merchandising strategy for key categories and new product launches.
- Drive customer experience improvements and support CRO initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, recommending actionable improvements.
- Support content optimization (descriptions, visuals, metadata) to enhance product presentation.
- Work closely with design, analytics, and marketing colleagues to ensure consistency and results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven track record in merchandising, CRO, or customer experience optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act on data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with content optimization for e-commerce product pages.
- Interest in or knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive, independent approach.
📍 Location: Remote for now. Starting next year, a hybrid model (1–2 days/week) with the team in the Kraków office.
