Role — GE Vernova is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand team and help build our newly launched global brand. You’ll work across teams and with agency partners to bring innovative, integrated campaigns to life, enhancing our presence in key markets around the world. You’ll play an active role in developing and executing strategies for global advertising, paid media and signature brand sponsorships, ensuring that our efforts are impactful and executed flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, with a knack for media management and a passion for building strong brands. Job Description

What You’ll Do

Create and execute global brand marketing strategies that boost awareness and engagement.
Lead the day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.
Partner with media agency to manage and execute buys —driving efficiency across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine and optimize performance.
Track and report on campaign success, using data to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

8+ years of marketing experience, including time on both agency and brand teams.
Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
Solid media planning and buying skills with a focus on efficiency and results.
Self-directed with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
A strategic thinker who also loves getting into the details.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
