They are a creative digital agency and learning solutions provider that partners with large corporate organizations to design and deliver transformative Learning & Development experiences. From digital academies to leadership programs, they help businesses upskill, reskill, and empower their people.
Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing professional who can help them tell their story, amplify their voice in the market, and attract the right clients with compelling, creative campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategic thinker, content creator, and collaborative doer.
The Role:
You will report to the CEO N. America and you’ll play a key role in shaping how the world sees our client. You’ll work very closely with sales, creative, and leadership teams to craft marketing campaigns that reflect our client’s work, values, and value. You’ll help build awareness, generate leads, and open new doors in the L&D space—particularly in large, global organizations.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role where your ideas and execution will directly contribute to our client’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate interest, leads, and sales opportunities
- Create high-quality content (blogs, case studies, decks, social posts, thought leadership) that speaks to the challenges of L&D in large enterprises
- Work with the sales team to align messaging and support go-to-market efforts
- Manage and grow the online presence (website, social, email, etc.)
- Support event promotion, speaking opportunities, and partnership marketing
- Help shape the brand narrative and bring consistency to messaging
- Monitor performance, gather insights, and continuously refine the approach
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a design background
- Proven experience in marketing—in a B2B, agency, or L&D-related environment
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills—you can turn complex ideas into compelling content
- Skills in design, video, or content production
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—you take initiative and make things happen
- A growth mindset—you’re curious, adaptable, and always looking to improve
- Interest in the world of learning, talent development, and people transformation
Bonus Points For:
- Experience marketing to HR, L&D, or Talent leaders in large organizations
- Familiarity with digital learning or the future of work space
- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or similar platforms
