Who We Are
We are a powerhouse in the industry — one of the largest and most influential marketing agencies in New York City. We don’t just follow trends; we set them.
We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Marketing Materials / Brand Collateral Designer who can take a brand and turn it into real, polished, professional marketing pieces that clients actually use.
This role is perfect for someone who loves designing across a wide range of materials — from flyers, brochures, billboards, envelopes, decks, and ads to full campaign collateral for major clients in real estate, healthcare, finance, retail, nonprofits, and beyond.
The Mission
As a Marketing Materials Designer, you will be the engine behind our visual output. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, project managers, account teams, and clients to take brand identities, campaign ideas, and raw information and turn them into stunning, market-ready materials.
Your job is to make sure every design feels sharp, clean, on-brand, and ready to go live, get printed, be presented, mailed, posted, shared, or sold.
You should be the type of designer who can look at a brand guide, understand the visual direction, and then create a full world of materials around it.
What You’ll Design
You will work on a large variety of print and digital marketing materials, including:
Your Daily Impact
Design & Execute
Create eye-catching, professional marketing materials across both print and digital formats. You’ll be trusted to turn brand direction into beautiful, practical, ready-to-use designs.
Build From the Brand
Take existing logos, brand guides, colors, fonts, and campaign messaging and expand them into full marketing systems that feel consistent and high-end.
Work Across Many Industries
Design for clients in real estate, healthcare, finance, service businesses, retail, nonprofits, and more. Every project should feel custom to the client, not like a reused template.
Collaborate With the Team
Work with creative directors, project managers, copywriters, and account teams to bring campaigns and client materials to life.
Prepare Files Properly
Make sure print files are clean, organized, properly sized, and ready for production, including bleeds, margins, CMYK setup, exports, and vendor-ready PDFs.
Stay Versatile
One day you may be designing a billboard, the next day a multi-page brochure, then a sales deck, then a direct mail campaign. You need to be comfortable switching between formats quickly.
Quality Control
Review your own work carefully before submission. Spacing, alignment, spelling, hierarchy, consistency, and brand accuracy all matter.
What You Bring to the Table
The Kind of Designer We Want
We are not just looking for someone who can make things “look nice.”
We want someone who understands how to take a brand and build real marketing materials around it. Someone who can think through the purpose of each piece, organize information clearly, and create designs that feel polished, professional, and ready for the real world.
You should be creative, fast, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle different styles depending on the client.
Why You’ll Love It Here
You won’t be stuck designing the same thing every day.
You’ll work on high-visibility projects for serious clients and build a portfolio filled with polished, real-world work. You’ll be part of a supportive creative team that cares about strong design, clean execution, and helping each other grow.
This is a chance to work with the big dogs in NYC while working remotely, sharpening your craft, and creating materials that people actually see, use, print, present, and remember.
