Job Purpose
The Marketing Manager role will be tasked in spearheading and expanding our brand presence as well as user acceptance towards Gate.io as the preferred crypto exchange platform. You will be responsible to design and execute both online & offline marketing strategy and campaign to boost brand awareness and the overall user numbers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies/campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. (Online & Offline events, Social Media Channel engagement i.e Telegram, X, FB and IG and etc)
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, ASO, Performance Marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance metrics against goals (ROI and KPIs), adjust strategies according to results, and prepare regular performance reports to identify trends, and create opportunities for improvement.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess
- Implement and optimize growth hacking initiatives to increase user engagement and retention.
- Formulate and execute effective go-to-market plans.
- Work cross-functionally between the local team and central business units.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years and above in digital marketing, user acquisition/retention, product marketing, growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and marketing performance measurement.
- Strong insights into the CIS region cryptocurrency & competing crypto exchanges development and product offerings.
- Experience in Offline event planning and execution on top of digital marketing initiatives.
