Your Impact: As a Senior Product Designer at Gardyn, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience our products—from their very first tap to their proudest harvest. You’ll translate journey maps into real, shippable solutions that guide and inspire our customers every step of the way. You'll elevate our digital product experience and build tools that create Thriving Gardyns and Proud Gardyners.

To nail your job, you will:

Design Customer-Centered Experiences

• Transform customer journey maps into thoughtful, engaging product designs in partnership with the Customer Journey Lead.
• Launch at least two impactful product enhancements monthly.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that bring ideas to life and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Present your work with clarity and purpose, gathering feedback from cross-functional partners and leadership.

Champion User Research

• Lead usability testing and user interviews to validate your design direction.
• Translate findings into clear user stories and actionable insights that influence 80%+ of new feature development.
• Establish continuous feedback loops, capturing 15+ customer insights monthly to inform product evolution.

Drive Design Systems & Resources

• Contribute to Gardyn’s design system—building, maintaining, and evolving scalable components and patterns.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and align with UX best practices.
• Design and improve help content, onboarding flows, and in-app guidance to reduce support inquiries and boost user confidence.

Deliver High-Quality Execution

• Ship pixel-perfect UI designs with detailed developer-ready specs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure faithful implementation and reduce rework.
• Conduct design QA to catch and resolve inconsistencies or usability issues before launch.

We'll love you because:

• You have 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in DTC, wellness, or tech-enabled consumer products.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across mobile and web.
• You are proficient in Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and handoff.
• You have experience running user research and usability testing independently.
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight feedback loops and quick iteration.
• You obsess over details, but you know when to zoom out.
• You believe in systems thinking, scalable design, and accessible interfaces.
• You’re curious, data-driven, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• You collaborate with humility and prioritize the customer in every decision.
• You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• You are a highly independent worker who can stay on top of personal workload in a remote environment.
• You are solutions oriented, resourceful and make decisions based on data that support company objectives.
• You have a high level of comfort giving and receiving constructive feedback.
