We're seeking a dedicated Game Designer to join our ambitious team and commit passionately to creating the next big hit.
Role: Game Designer
Responsibilities:
- Find engaging and innovative hybrid-casual puzzle game concepts and work closely with developers to bring out polished & good-looking prototypes to get them ready for testing.
- Actively lead project management, ensuring tasks are prioritized, scheduled, and completed efficiently.
- Take responsibility for team leadership, guiding and motivating developers and designers to create hit-potential games.
- Continuously iterate prototypes based on market trends and internal feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the publishers, integrating feedback and analytics into the design process.
- Work flexibly and commit to intensive schedules, including potential extra shifts during critical development phases.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in mobile game design, particularly puzzle games.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to innovate within the hybrid-casual genre.
- Strong project management and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage and thrive under pressure, with flexibility for extended working hours during critical project phases.
- Bonus: Technical familiarity with Unity game development.
- Fluent in English, comfortable with remote work setups.
