Role: Full Stack Developer (AI-First, MVP-Focused)

At Gaply, we are looking for a fast-moving, creative Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build MVP versions of new product ideas. This role is highly execution-driven and centered around leveraging AI tools and services to rapidly turn concepts into demo-ready, testable solutions.

You will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ship functional prototypes in short timeframes, using modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Rapid design and implementation of MVPs and functional prototypes

Integration of AI services and APIs (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Replicate, Stability AI, Google AI, etc.)

• Collaboration with product, design, and marketing teams to develop testable, user-ready solutions
• Preparing products for demos, internal reviews, and early user testing
• Making pragmatic technical decisions to balance speed, cost, and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, or similar — including the ability to customize and adapt them to project needs
• Practical experience working with MCPs (Model Context Protocols / Model Control Patterns) in real development workflows
• Proven experience integrating and working with generative AI APIs and SDKs (text, image, or audio models)
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, or PHP, with a solid understanding of modern application architectures
• Familiarity with MVP development, lean prototyping, and rapid iteration cycles
• Ability to select and combine services with a cost-effective, problem-oriented mindset
• Strong skills in technical documentation, task management, and progress reporting
• Fluent English for reading technical documentation and participating in conversations

• 5+ years of Software Development experience

*Required tech stack: Django, Next.JS

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

• Familiarity with Web3 concepts, including wallets, smart contracts, on-chain/off-chain architecture, and blockchain-based products
• Working knowledge of Solidity and/or Rust (e.g. Ethereum, Solana ecosystems)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, or LLaMA
• Experience with image generation tools like DALL·E, Midjourney, or Stability AI
• Experience combining no-code / low-code tools with traditional coding to accelerate prototyping
• Background in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), or Computer Vision (CV) implementations
