GamesBeat is an independent B2B media and events company at the intersection of gaming, technology, and innovation. Our editorial coverage, premium community (GB MAX), and executive events bring together leaders across gaming, tech, entertainment, and finance.

We are seeking a highly responsible Events Marketing Manager to help with marketing execution across our event portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for GamesBeat events and GB MAX community
  • Manage newsletters: design, copy, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Create marketing assets in Canva (social graphics, email headers, event materials)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations
  • Support audience development for events (database growth, targeted outreach, partner promotion)
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, events, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing (with events/media experience strongly preferred)

  • Proven track record in email marketing platforms (Active Campagin, MailerLite, or similar)

  • Proficiency with Canva (or equivalent tools for quick-turn creative assets)

  • Strong skills in analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, dashboards, campaign KPIs)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently

  • Familiarity with the gaming, tech, or media industries is a plus
