A top-tier mobile game studio is hiring a Creative Director to lead the creative marketing vision across its game portfolio. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape creative strategy, oversee high-performing campaigns, and help bring breakthrough game experiences to millions of players globally.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive creative direction across all marketing channels and titles.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, artists, and strategists.
- Develop and execute creative testing strategies focused on performance (UA, ASO).
- Align creative efforts with product, UA, and business goals.
- Leverage industry trends and player insights to guide innovation.
- Maintain high-quality standards in visual storytelling and brand expression.
- Execute hands-on or with partners to ensure creative ideas become reality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of creative leadership experience in mobile game marketing.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS).
- Proven ability to manage and grow creative teams.
- Skilled in performance analysis, project management, and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
