Gameloft Ukraine is seeking for a talented and ambitious PHP Developer to join our team and help us create and maintain cutting-edge APIs, tools and solutions for a range of different clients.

Qualifications

• Very good PHP and MySQL skills;
• Experience with web services, APIs design and integration, and proficiency with code versioning tools such as SVN and Git;
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns;
• Result-oriented mindset, work accuracy, and careful and responsible attitude towards interacting with live-op systems;
• Very good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Good communication skills in English (reading and writing);
• Reliability and autonomy, self-learning, and adaptability to new technologies quickly;
• Basic knowledge of containerization and/or AWS Cloud is welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance different type of APIs (mostly related to in-game shops, but not limited to that), used by different clients (games, backend services, web frontends);
• Development and maintenance of different UI tools intended for internal usage;
• Answering regular support requests from other teams (Ecom, Production, Customer Care etc.), explaining business logic behind systems, investigating issues with them;
• Work on global solutions and make templates and libraries for other programmers and also prepare the documents for those solutions/templates;
• Working with Systems Core team to implement issues or fixing bugs from core classes or improving/optimizing the system.
