Job summary:

As a freelance Graphic Designer you will be tasked with development and finishing of graphic art for announcement graphics, presentations, brand development, and more. Either by created from scratch or leveraging company and/or client art assets. All work will be done under the direction of internal producers and the creative director.

Responsibilities:

Create graphics, logos, icons, and charts with excellent design that fits within either the company's brand or portfolio of content.
Compile a variety of artwork assets leveraging excellent design sensibilities to create original graphic design content for various platforms.
Create concepts to explore ideas when given development time.
Previsualize and hit precise creative when tasked to execute a specific deliverable.
Strong comprehension of detailed and complex briefs, able to easily break down briefs into actionable tasks.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
Ability to take feedback well, and pivot when/if directives change.

Qualifications:

3+ years, (or equivalent) experience working in a fast-paced professional creative studio or agency.
Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, concept treatments, etc.)
Demonstrated visual design software proficiency (Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma, Miro, Illustrator etc.).
Strong design background; understanding of typography, graphics, layout, form, color and spatialization; well versed in design process and production methods.
A knack for capturing the spirit of a concept in presentation design format.
Able to communicate the thinking behind your process.
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of emerging creative technologies, best practices and experimental approaches in design, marketing and brand communications.
Real-time software experience is a plus.
Game / Interface, Ux Ui a plus.

The hourly pay for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
