Join the Mission

If you want to be part of a growth story, GameDay is it. We are one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country, with 400+ men's health clinics and more coming. We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss, helping men regain energy, optimize their health, and add good years to their lives.

If you’re interested in a category that is exploding, a brand that is winning, and a marketing engine still being built, this is the job for you. The playbook you help write here becomes the playbook for hundreds of clinics. Marketing is central to how we grow, and data is central to how we market.

About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Marketing to own performance marketing execution across our national clinic network. This is a senior, hands-on, strategic role for someone who is equally comfortable in an ad account, a dashboard, and an executive meeting. You will help shape marketing strategy, manage the agencies that execute it, and be accountable for what actually matters: cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, patient acquisition cost, and return on ad spend at the clinic, market, and national level.

We believe big swings get big wins, and finding those big swings takes relentless testing. You should love to test: paid media creative, offers, landing pages, booking flows, CRM journeys. You bring the ideas, build the tests, read the results honestly, and scale what works. There is also big new ground to cover: we are building a loyalty program and a patient app, and this role helps shape both.

This is not a role for a marketer who hands off the numbers to someone else. You should be able to pull your own data, question it when it looks wrong, and explain to a franchisee in plain language why their leads are up or down and what we are doing about it. You will report to the VP of Performance Marketing and partner closely with our data, technology, and operations teams. Our stack: Webflow, GA4, Braze, GoHighLevel, Snowflake, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Help set paid media strategy and own budget allocation across Google, Meta, and local channels for 400+ clinics.
  • Manage and hold accountable multiple agency partners, with clear targets for cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and CAC by market.
  • Develop paid media creative concepts and run structured creative testing: hooks, angles, offers, and formats, with a clear read on what won and why.
  • Hunt for the big swings: new channels, new offers, new audiences, and bring tested recommendations to leadership, not hunches.
  • Set and defend performance targets by market, and reallocate spend based on results, not habit.

Testing & Conversion

  • Own conversion rate optimization across our Webflow site and booking flows: A/B tests, landing page tests, and funnel friction fixes.
  • Run user testing and gather qualitative insight on why visitors do or don't book, and turn findings into testable changes.
  • Maintain a real testing roadmap with hypotheses, results, and decisions, so wins compound instead of getting lost.

Data & Measurement

  • Own marketing KPI definitions and reporting in partnership with our data team: lead volume, show rates, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Enforce campaign naming and UTM standards across agencies so attribution actually works.
  • Pull and analyze your own data in GA4, BI dashboards, and spreadsheets; pressure-test agency reporting against source data.
  • Understand attribution models and their failure modes, and keep reporting honest, directionally correct, and useful for decisions.
  • Forecast lead volume and spend needs for new clinic openings and existing markets.

CRM & Lifecycle

  • Help drive CRM strategy across Braze (national) and GoHighLevel (clinic level): segmentation, journeys, and email/SMS follow-up that turns paid leads into booked appointments and revenue.
  • Help build and launch our loyalty program and patient app: program design, offers, engagement strategy, and how loyalty ties into retention and recurring revenue.
  • Test lifecycle campaigns the same way you test ads: subject lines, cadences, offers, and journey logic.
  • Understand how the marketing stack connects, from Webflow and GA4 through the CRM to the data warehouse, and flag where tracking or handoffs break.
  • Evaluate new tools and vendors with a skeptical eye; separate real capability from sales decks.
  • Use AI tools in your day-to-day work to move faster on analysis, reporting, and content.

Franchisee Enablement

  • Be the credible marketing voice to franchisees: explain performance, set expectations, and give them playbooks that work at the local level.
  • Vet local vendor claims and protect franchisees from bad marketing spend.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital and performance marketing, with several years owning meaningful paid media budgets and results.
  • Hands-on experience running Google and Meta campaigns yourself, or directly managing the agencies that do, deeply enough to audit their work.
  • Fluency with data: GA4, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar), and strong spreadsheet skills. You can pull your own numbers and sanity-check anyone else's.
  • Working command of funnel economics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion and show rates, and how they connect to revenue.
  • A track record of testing: creative tests, A/B and landing page tests, and lifecycle experiments, with examples of big swings you took and what happened.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors with real accountability, including replacing them when needed.
  • Strong writer and communicator who can brief executives and franchisees without jargon.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-unit, franchise, or multi-location services experience, with an understanding of location-level performance and same-store comparisons.
  • Healthcare, clinic, or appointment-based business experience, including lead-to-appointment funnels and compliance constraints.
  • Basic SQL, or experience working directly with a data warehouse team (we use Snowflake on AWS).
  • Experience with lifecycle and CRM platforms such as Braze, GoHighLevel, or similar, and with call tracking platforms.
  • Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms and CRO tooling for A/B and user testing.
  • Experience launching or growing a loyalty program or consumer app: program mechanics, adoption, push and in-app messaging, and measuring impact on retention and repeat revenue.
  • Local search literacy: Google Business Profiles, local SEO, and Local Services Ads.
  • Experience building marketing measurement where the data is imperfect and improving it over time.
