SUMMARY
This role will work in close collaboration with management and other team members to coordinate, oversee and execute day-to-day and long-term activities for all paid media, to deliver quality traffic to our eCommerce properties and deliver monthly revenue targets. The ideal candidate is eager to explore and test new platforms, optimizing with audience strategies, and leveraging innovative ad formats. This role will be responsible for executing digital/paid strategies for all websites under Galls brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive new customer acquisition across all websites
- Develop Galls’ paid media strategy and detailed plans to deliver on the revenue and profitability objectives.
- Explore new digital marketing channels to diversify marketing channel mix along with reaching our desired audiences
- Manage our agency relationship that oversees all paid media including search, social, video. Including holding them accountable towards forecasting goals.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Set and manage performance metrics and targets by channel, analyzing results and optimizing spend for efficiency and impact, working closely with your channel owners
- Plan and execute tests of new strategies, tactics, new channels, creative & messaging
- Working closely with the Brand and Creative teams to develop compelling creative and content to drive engagement in mid to upper funnel tactics.
- Review data analysis and metrics to ensure ad campaigns meet forecasted objectives and seek optimization opportunities. Collaborate with data and analytics teams to implement attribution models and reporting dashboards.
- Provide regular performance updates to executive leadership, with actionable insights
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business; however prior work experience will be taken into consideration
- 7+ years in digital marketing in an e-commerce setting, with expertise in paid search, paid Social, video and affiliate marketing
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering profitable growth, along with ROAS improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience selecting, managing, and holding agencies accountable for results.
- A track record of delivering results, with strong skills in goal setting, reporting, forecasting, and performance management
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor strategies identifying new opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in data analytics and storytelling, distilling complex insights into clear actionable recommendations for senior leadership
