We are a natural extension of our client’s existing infrastructure. The type of transactions we currently work on ranges from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets, and ranges in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled Presentation & Graphic Designer with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and a sharp eye for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate excels at turning complex data into clear, compelling presentations and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You should be comfortable working collaboratively with analysts, managing multiple projects, and maintaining brand consistency across all outputs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Analysts: Work closely with analysts to design and deliver visually compelling decks that effectively convey data and insights.
• Design Execution: Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality, impactful visual content.
• CRE-Focused Materials: Develop presentations, infographics, and marketing materials specifically tailored to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across materials.
• Team Communication: Coordinate effectively with team members via Signal Messenger for timely updates and collaboration.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Must Have

• CRE Experience: Demonstrated understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry is essential.
• Design Tools Expertise: Proven Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator proficiency.
• Presentation Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years designing professional decks and business presentations.
• Collaborative Skills: Ability to work alongside analysts to transform complex data into clear, engaging visuals.
• Efficiency Under Pressure: Must be quick, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Communication Tools: Comfortable using Signal Messenger for team communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing past presentation designs, especially those with data-heavy or CRE-relevant content.
• Visual Storytelling: Experience in creating infographics, charts, and other visuals to simplify complex information.
• Marketing & Branding: Understanding of branding and marketing strategies within the CRE sector.
