Job Title: UI/UX Designer with AI Experience
Location: Remote (WA Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer passionate about AI to drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered agent experiences. In this fully remote role (Washington State preferred), you will shape the user experience of first-party Tunable Agents for Copilot Tuning, focusing on enhancing usability, accessibility, and satisfaction through the application of large language models (LLMs).
Responsibilities:
Lead agent UX strategy, including prompt flow design, state management, and smooth error recovery.
Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to optimize multi-step workflows and user interactions.
Build and continuously improve feedback systems for gathering explicit and implicit user input.
Prototype and refine agent behaviors, interfaces, and guardrails with a strong emphasis on safety, privacy, and compliance.
Define and track success metrics, utilizing experimentation such as AB testing to drive continuous UX improvements.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive and innovative AI-driven experiences.
Incorporate responsible AI principles, focusing on ethical, privacy, and inclusive design practices.
Champion user research, usability audits, and experience reviews to ensure product excellence.
Qualifications:
Deep experience in UI/UX design, preferably for AI or conversational products.
Strong background in designing multi-turn or task-oriented user experiences.
Demonstrated ability to apply user feedback, data, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
Understanding of AI ethics, privacy standards, and inclusive design principles.
Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
