This is a senior, hands-on role at the center of how we build. You'll work directly with the CEO, engineering, design, and growth to set product direction across the whole portfolio and turn a fast-moving vision into products players love. You'll own product end to end today and shape the team as we grow.

The Role

We're hiring a Head of Product to own our product portfolio, strategy through execution. This is more than one roadmap: you'll own the core platform alongside the new products that define what we become, taking each from inception to launch to scale, and owning the business results, not just the backlog. The CEO holds this seat today; your job is to take it. You'll get clear direction and a high-context sounding board, then the room to run. This is a builder's seat, not an oversight layer: you'll be in the weeds writing specs and shipping now, with the runway to grow the product function as the company scales.

How we work

We run AI-first: agents do the work, humans direct and audit it. The whole team builds with Claude and Claude Code every day, and we make decisions from live data, not opinion. You should already use AI as a core part of your own workflow and want to push how far it can go.

What you'll be doing

• Own the product portfolio end to end: strategy, roadmap, and P&L for our core platform and each new vertical
• Take new products from zero to one: validate the opportunity, define the wedge, spec the MVP, ship it, and iterate to product-market fit
• Own business outcomes per product line, including revenue, margin, retention, and payback, not just feature delivery
• Turn strategy into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria engineering can build against
• Work day to day with engineering and design to ship fast, unblock decisions, and hold a high quality bar
• Run discovery and experiments: define success metrics up front, read results honestly, and kill what isn't working
• Talk to players and dig into support and behavioral data to understand real needs, not just requested features
• Own onboarding, verification, and responsible-gaming considerations in product decisions, shipping quickly while meeting the bar a regulated space demands
• Act as the CEO's thought partner on product direction: pressure-test the vision, then run with it independently
• Lay the groundwork to build and lead a product team as we scale

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years in product management at a gaming, casino, iGaming, sportsbook, sweepstakes, prediction markets, crypto, or fintech company, with progressive ownership of roadmaps and outcomes
• Have taken at least one product from zero to launch and owned its results: a P&L, a revenue line, or clear business metrics, not just a backlog
• Comfortable owning multiple product lines at once, allocating your time ruthlessly across them
• Deeply hands-on: you write specs and work directly with engineers daily, while also setting strategy and thinking long term
• Strong product judgment and player empathy, able to prioritize ruthlessly and say no to good ideas to protect the great ones
• Fluent with data: define KPIs, read experiment results, and let evidence drive decisions
• Comfortable owning product in a regulated space, factoring compliance, verification, and responsible-gaming into decisions
• Fluent with modern AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, or similar) as a daily part of how you work, from research and analysis to specs and prototypes
• A self-starter who thrives on a small, fast team with full ownership from day one

Bonus Points

• Direct experience in sweepstakes, social casino, sportsbook, prediction markets, or crypto products
• Startup or early-stage background, having built product with limited resources
• Familiarity with real-money or virtual-currency mechanics, payments, or regulated-product constraints
• Experience with commerce, collectibles, or physical-goods products
• Experience building or leading a product team
