We’re looking for a sharp, performance-focused Paid Advertising Specialist to take the reins on digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok and more. You’ll be part strategist, part executor, crafting campaigns that don’t just run, but convert. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Write compelling ad copy, coordinate creatives, and suggest thumb-stopping visual angles
- Ensure accurate tracking setup with UTMs, pixels, and conversion events
- Bring creative concepts to the table that enhance performance, not just execute briefs
Performance & Insights
- Monitor budget pacing, conversion metrics, and ROAS daily
- Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other tools to assess campaign performance
- Run structured A/B tests across messaging, creatives, and targeting
- Build clear, actionable performance reports that guide decisions
- Identify winning patterns and scale them fast
- Use AI tools to generate testing hypotheses, optimize copy, or produce fast iterations
Collaboration, Creative & Communication
- Work closely with design and content teams to align messaging
- Contribute creative concepts and basic video editing for reels, TikToks, and stories
- Suggest angles, design variations, and short-form edits that drive results
- Present campaign updates, strategy shifts, and creative insights to stakeholders
- Stay up to date on ad platform changes and emerging AI and automation trends
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years in paid media (Meta, Google required; TikTok/LinkedIn bonus)
- Experience running campaigns in eCommerce, lead gen, or B2B/B2C environments
- Proficient with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner
- Comfortable in Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- GA4, GTM, UTM setup, pixel/event tracking — second nature to you
- Hands-on with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney) to boost performance, ideation, and creative
- Experience with basic design (Canva, Adobe) and short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere)
- Analytical mindset, but creative enough to write your own ad angles and test hypotheses
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or AI tools (ChatGPT for Marketing, Prompt Engineering, etc.)
- Bonus: Personal projects or case studies using AI in performance campaigns
