We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client strategy, foster strong relationships, and drive exceptional results across all areas of digital marketing. You will manage strategy and campaigns for diverse clients, collaborating with specialists to deliver outstanding solutions and growth outcomes. From SEO and paid media to analytics and reporting, you’ll oversee end-to-end performance management while building long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Growth
- Develop and lead omni-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and achieve exceptional results.
- Identify growth opportunities, spearhead strategic initiatives, and ensure client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and trust.
- Manage client relationships to foster long-term collaboration and growth.
- Respond to client needs promptly and proactively, keeping them informed about campaign progress and results.
Campaign Leadership & Execution
- Oversee campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimization across SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Use data-driven insights for tracking, analyzing, and improving campaign outcomes.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Internal Team Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital campaigns.
- Ensure seamless integration across all digital channels, from creative to technical execution.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years in a digital agency environment.
- Expertise in:
- SEO & SEM
- Paid Search & Social Advertising (Google & Meta)
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Analytics & Reporting Tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of omni-channel digital strategies and best practices.
