Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Director (Equity/Performance-Based). The Marketing Director will oversee marketing strategies, lead market planning, conduct market research, and manage marketing activities to enhance brand and product visibility. Responsibilities include developing and executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing relationships with partners, and spearheading initiatives to drive growth. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and hands-on management of marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Management, and Campaign Execution specifically in the games industry
• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
• Familiarity with Marketing and Sales processes, especially with Steam
• Proven ability to analyze data and adapt strategies for optimal outcomes
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with collaborative teams
• Experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus
• Track record of success preferred
