Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and modern design tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency in design systems and brand guidelines
• Optimize user experience based on feedback and analytics
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
• Understanding of responsive design and usability principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Knowledge of user analytics tools
