About the Role
Fynite is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive content, campaigns, paid media, events, and podcast initiatives while leading a small team and external resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content planning, posting, and multi-channel publishing
- Own the content calendar and timeline
- Manage LinkedIn Ads end-to-end (audiences, creatives, optimization)
- Manage Google Ads (keywords, landing pages, reporting)
- Oversee video creation, editing, and short-form clips
- Host, edit, and manage podcast production
- Execute podcast shortlist research, outreach, and scheduling
- Plan and manage events/expos, including booths, collateral, and demos
- Drive review strategy, including Gartner Peer Insights
- Manage marketing budget and performance reporting
- Coordinate SI partnerships and co-marketing activities
- Lead and guide creative and contractor resources
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4โ7+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Hands-on capability with content production and publishing
- Video editing and short-form content experience
- Podcast hosting/production or multimedia experience
- Proven event and expo management
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for enterprise AI audiences
- Ability to lead resources while executing independently
- Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable in a high-growth startup environment
