About the Role:

As a Senior Data Scientist at Fynite, you will design and implement advanced machine learning models, including custom LLMs and predictive AI systems, to power intelligent automation. You’ll work with large-scale, heterogeneous data to create AI-driven agents that autonomously reason, decide, and execute.

Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive and generative models for enterprise workflows.
• Lead data preparation, feature engineering, and model training at scale.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed models into FyniteOS.
• Ensure models meet SOC-compliant standards for accuracy and security.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in ML, NLP, or predictive modeling.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, deep learning, and enterprise-scale data.
• Track record of published work or patents is a plus.
