DevOps Engineer (Python Focus)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with specialization in Python to work on modern cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for automation, application development and system integration in a dynamic environment. Tasks:

• Application development and process automation using Python (OOP, Django, classes and objects);
• Integration and interaction with REST APIs (Pydantic, other API technologies);
• Developing and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform / Ansible;
• Working in AKS/EKS environments (AWS preferred);
• Monitoring Linux operating systems and services based on this platform;
• Implementing CI/CD processes (version control, testing, code review);
• Application performance monitoring using Dynatrace, NewRelic, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana;
• Implementation of cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar position
• Advanced knowledge of Python- OOP, Django;
• Experience in IT automation - Terraform, Ansible, Chef;
• Practical knowledge of DevOps - CI/CD, Git, application monitoring;
• Familiarity with Linux systems and their operational monitoring;
• Experience in large Python projects - service-structured applications;
• Good knowledge of cloud architecture - containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Full-time work;
• Location: Remote (available for Business trips to Munich 2 times a year – each 5 days - shall be included in costs)
