We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead, who is looking to use their skills and experience to drive a positive social impact.
Futureheads is partnered with an inspirational non-profit org with a rich history of providing support to individuals, local communities and public health services across the UK.
The charity is undergoing a large transformation programme to enhance their digital presence and create new ‘tech-for-good’ products that further facilitate their incredible mission. Much of their work is greenfield, genuinely innovative, and will soon be supported by a national marketing campaign to ensure their digital offering, services, and ultimately their cause, are firmly in the spotlight.
With key workstreams now well underway, the charity is looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to help them through the next phase of their journey.
This role will suit a Digital Marketing Lead with a well-rounded skillset and the seniority to be able to align and influence different teams and stakeholders. It’s a role where you’ll balance strategy and delivery, oversee multi-channel digital campaigns across both B2C and B2B, and you’ll need prior experience working for high-profile brands, either in-house or via a renowned agency.
Requirements:
✅ Previously worked as a Digital Marketing Lead for high-profile brands
✅ Demonstratable experience of overseeing successful multi-channel digital campaigns
✅ Well-versed in social media, SEO and content marketing
✅ Able to lead on a shaping a content strategy and roadmap
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder manager skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
✅ Worked in both B2C and B2B contexts
✅ Great collaborator, but equally comfortable operating autonomously
✅ Purpose driven mindset, with a track record and/or interest in driving ‘tech-for-good’ initiatives
