We have a great opportunity for a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead with people management experience to join a famous UK-based charity.
The charity is going through an exciting digital transformation programme that’s positively impacting every area of the org. And as a Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll help to steer the next phase of their journey; overseeing all digital marketing activities across various channels, focusing on brand development, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a broad skillset spanning performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media and traditional marketing, along with the communication skills to align / influence different teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
✅ B2B experience, preferably within a SaaS or platform-led business.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Demonstratable experience of overseeing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
✅ Deep knowledge of performance marketing, demand generation, SEO, content marketing, social media and analytics.
✅ Experience of shaping and executing a content strategy and roadmap.
✅ Good knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
✅ Familiar with HubSpot.
✅ Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive decision making and turn metrics into actionable insights.
✅ Great collaborator, but equally comfortable operating autonomously.
✅ Excellent project management skills.
✅ Purpose driven mindset, with a track record and/or interest in driving ‘tech-for-good’ initiatives.
