About The Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead transformational change in how we engage with members while driving significant business impact. You'll own dual responsibility for elevating customer engagement and satisfaction levels and increasing member financial value, positioning lifecycle marketing as a key strategic function within our organization. Working with passionate teammates committed to revolutionizing superannuation, you'll build scalable systems that support our ambitious growth while delivering exceptional member experiences.

We're looking for someone who has

  • 7+ years in senior lifecycle marketing, customer experience, or growth marketing roles, with demonstrated success in driving both customer satisfaction and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven track record of owning P&L responsibility or directly contributing to revenue growth through lifecycle marketing programs
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries with understanding of customer value optimization
  • Strategic leadership experience in designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle programs that drive measurable business results
  • Strong background in customer research and analytics, with ability to translate insights into strategic business recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in scale-up environments where building scalable systems and processes is critical
  • Proven people leadership experience with ability to influence and develop high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (experience with Braze a plus)
  • Experience with customer feedback tools and survey platforms (experience with Qualtrics a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
  • Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
