We build marketing-led growth programs for seed stage through series A digital health & wellness startups.
We're looking for a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will own our customer journey and communication strategy. In this role, you'll leverage Klaviyo to create personalized, automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads, convert customers, and drive retention across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Deep experience with Klaviyo is required. Industry experience in digital health & wellness a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies using Klaviyo to engage customers throughout their journey
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated flows for welcome series, abandoned carts, post-purchase, win-back campaigns, and other customer touchpoints
- Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement metrics to create targeted campaigns
- Develop A/B testing strategies to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling email and SMS content that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with Klaviyo platform updates and e-commerce marketing trends
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience with Klaviyo platform, including flow building, segmentation, and analytics
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and effective engagement strategies
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization techniques
- Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of email marketing compliance and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
