Position Summary

On this occasion, we are looking for a Senior RAN Analytics Engineer to join our Network Intelligence area.

We are seeking a senior professional with a solid background in mobile network engineering (RAN), who has evolved towards data-driven roles and is experienced in designing and implementing analytical systems to support network performance and optimisation.

This is not a pure Data Scientist role. We are looking for someone who understands the Telco environment in depth and can apply advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to real-world network challenges.

You will work on projects for major wireless operators in Spain and across Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that combine domain expertise with data intelligence.

The position is based in Spain, and with our flexible working model you can choose whether you want it to be 100% remote, hybrid or office-based.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a RAN Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• Proven experience in analytical environments and the application of ML techniques to Telco use cases.
• Solid understanding of Python, SQL and data visualisation tools such as Elastic Stack.
• Experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and deliver results.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Occasional or temporary international travel may be required depending on the project.​
• High level of technical English.
