Job Overview:
Fusiontecz, a leading fintech and web design company, is seeking a Social Media & Lead Generation Manager with 2-3 years of experience to take full ownership of our social media strategy, content creation, and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our online presence, driving engagement, and generating quality leads for our fintech and web development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.).
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and creative testing to drive ROI.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance (KPIs), providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy tailored to fintech and web design audiences.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and design teams to create high-converting ads that align with brand voice and objectives.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Must be able to manage at least 6 clients of company.
Lead Generation & Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to generate leads for company and its client
- Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to run targeted outreach campaigns for potential clients
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and lead generation performance, optimizing campaigns for better reach and engagement
- Experience of google ads is an additional asset
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to convert social media engagement into qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM tools and email marketing to nurture and follow up on leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Expert in meta and google ads with proven track record of ROI generation.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and platform algorithm
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar
- Experience with social media management & automation tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation strategies, paid ads, and B2B outreac
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Location: Remote (Preference to North Indian)
