Build Technology Used by Millions. Shape the Future with AI.

Are you the kind of engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring talented teammates, and building products that make a real-world impact at scale?

We're partnering with a highly respected, employee-focused technology consultancy that has spent decades helping enterprise organizations modernize mission-critical platforms, launch innovative digital experiences, and embrace the next generation of AI-enabled solutions. Their teams are trusted to solve difficult engineering challenges, not simply maintain applications.

If you're looking for a role where you'll influence architecture, contribute across the full stack, work directly with stakeholders, and help drive AI adoption within software development, this opportunity deserves your attention.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in enhancing and evolving a large-scale consumer technology platform used nationwide.

You'll

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web, mobile, and backend solutions
• Develop features from concept through production deployment
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making
• Lead code reviews and champion engineering best practices
• Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders
• Break down complex requirements into actionable development plans
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Optimize performance across distributed systems and applications
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Explore and implement practical AI-driven solutions that improve products, processes, and developer productivity

For experienced candidates, this role also offers opportunities to provide technical leadership and shape the direction of the engineering team.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with leadership capability.

You Bring

• Experience delivering production software across multiple technology stacks
• Full stack development expertise spanning web, APIs, databases, and mobile platforms
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients
• A pragmatic approach to balancing technical excellence with business value
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI engineering and applied AI solutions

Technologies You'll Work With

Depending on the project, you'll have opportunities to work across:

• C#
• .NET / ASP.NET
• JavaScript
• Angular
• SQL Server
• REST APIs
• Docker
• Mobile Development (iOS & Android)
• Git
• Modern CI/CD Tooling
• Payment Integrations
• AI Development Tools and Frameworks

Why Engineers Love Working Here

This isn't a consulting environment where developers are treated like resources. Engineers are trusted advisors, problem solvers, and strategic contributors.

You'll Enjoy

• Fully remote flexibility
• Challenging, high-impact enterprise projects
• A collaborative team of highly skilled engineers
• Transparent leadership and open communication
• Flexible work schedules that support real life
• Dedicated technology and home-office budget
• Ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities
• Team events and strong company culture
• Competitive compensation, healthcare, retirement benefits, and generous paid time off

The Opportunity

If you're passionate about modern software engineering, enjoy owning solutions from design through deployment, and want to help organizations leverage AI and emerging technologies to solve meaningful business problems, we'd love to meet you.

Join a company where great engineers stay for years, challenging work is the norm, and your impact is visible from day one.
