We don’t just give furniture. We provide decor, accessories and appliances as well. We have launched our first ever offline stores so that one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites !

Key Responsibilities :

1. SEO and GEO

• Technical & Schema SEO: Execute technical SEO audits, site hygiene fixes, and Schema markup implementation to ensure clean crawling by search engines and AI discovery tools.

• SEO & GEO Content Optimization: Structure on-page content using clear Q&A formats, semantic tables, and expert data to capture traditional search rankings and AI-generated summary citations.

• Link Building & Authority: Lead off-page SEO and digital PR strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and boost brand mentions across AI web indexes.

• Performance Tracking & Testing: Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and AI search visibility using tools like GA4 and Google Search Console to run continuous optimization tests.

2. Performance Marketing & Growth

• Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and OTT platforms.

• Manage large-scale budgets with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period optimization.

• Build and run performance campaigns across cities, categories, and product lines.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and test hypotheses for scaling.

• Google Ads Automation: Set up automated scripts to mine negative keywords daily and automatically adjust bids or budgets whenever impression share drops in key auctions.

• Meta Creative Diagnostics: Automate ad fatigue tracking (monitoring frequency spikes and CTR drops) to automatically pause decaying ads and signal fresh creative needs.

3. Brand & Content Integration

• Partner with brand and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across channels.

• Lead integrated digital campaigns that amplify brand films, influencer collaborations, and PR moments.

• Measure and optimize for both performance and brand lift.

4. Analytics & Experimentation

• Build a data-first culture-set up dashboards, track KPIs, and lead weekly performance reviews.

• Design and execute growth experiments (landing page A/B tests, funnel improvements, pricing tests, etc.).

• Leverage tools like Search-Console, GA4/GTM, Looker Studio, Moengage/Clevertap, Mixpanel, or Appsflyer/Singular for data-driven decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Proven experience leveraging AI tools and custom automation (e.g., ad scripting, automated rules, and predictive analytics) to optimize campaign efficiency and scale growth operations.
• Experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles.
• Proven success in D2C / subscription / app-based consumer businesses (experience in furniture, home, or lifestyle sectors is a plus).
• Hands-on expertise in Search-Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and strong familiarity with GA4 / Appsflyer / Mixpanel.
• Strong analytical mindset - Fluent in Excel / Sheets, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Experience in creative testing frameworks and storytelling-led performance campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
